  • Order processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days before shipment.

Important: Processing time is separate from shipping timeframes.

Tracking Your Order

  • After your order ships, a tracking link and tracking number will be sent to your email.

  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the tracking information to become active after the package is handed over to the carrier.

  • If your tracking shows no updates, it may simply mean your parcel has not been scanned yet by the shipping service.


Important Information About Shipping

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or non-delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages due to wrong address details.

  • Address Changes After Shipping:
    We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order is in transit. If you contact the carrier to reroute or forward your parcel, Bestcanvasprint ( CANVACORD LTD ) will not be held responsible for any loss or misplacement.

  • Multiple Package Shipments:
    Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes:
    International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes. These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.
