RETURN & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES

Because our products are custom-made and involve personal hygiene considerations, returns or exchanges are only eligible under the following circumstances:

  • Product significantly deviates from the description or displayed sample, such as poor print quality, misplaced designs, distorted, faded, or unclear patterns.

  • Damaged or defective items resulting from production issues or carrier mishandling.

  • Incorrect or incomplete orders, including receiving the wrong size, color, or missing parts.

  • Orders lost in transit, confirmed through carrier tracking systems.

  • Errors caused by manufacturing, system malfunctions, or shipping problems.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect and the shipping label

Please ensure that images are taken on a flat surface with the defect clearly visible. For issues related to size or print positioning, please include a ruler, measuring tape, or any standard measurement tool in your photo.
Upon verification, a replacement will be shipped free of charge — you won’t need to return the faulty item. Replacement delivery times will follow the standard shipping timelines.

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

In cases where we request a return:

  • Shipping method: Return by mail.

  • Return address: 18 Bournehall Ln, Bushey WD23 3JU, United Kingdom.

  • Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping, handling, taxes, and service charges are non-refundable.

  • Condition requirements: Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

Returns that fail to meet these requirements will be considered ineligible for a refund or replacement and will not be returned to the customer.

⚠️ Important: Please contact us first before sending any item back. Unsolicited returns or returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY

1. Conditions for Refund:

We offer full refunds or replacements if your situation meets any of the following:

  • Order canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

  • Your product did not arrive within 30 business days from the date of order placement.

  • Product defects such as blurred prints or unclear images.

  • Receiving an incorrect item, size, or color.

  • Items arrived damaged due to production or shipping issues.

  • Confirmed package loss during delivery.

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photo or video evidence of the defective product and shipping label

Photos must show the defect clearly on a flat surface. If applicable, include a measurement tool to demonstrate sizing or print issues. Once verified, a full refund or replacement will be processed.

2. Refund Processing:

After your refund is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note, actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Refund Limitations:

We regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after the product is produced, as all items are made-to-order.

  • Return shipments that were made without our Customer Service Team’s prior authorization.

  • Returned items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags/packaging.

  • Orders where the wrong size, color, or design was selected by the customer at checkout.

  • Purchases made during special promotions, clearance sales, or using discount codes.

  • Claims related to late deliveries made more than 60 business days after order placement.
